I have designed and made many peices of fitted furniture over the last 20 years.

Bespoke fitted furniture, designed and made to measure was the bread and butter work for my Dutch company, Hewitt Furniture, for 15 years. Although here in rural France I'm fully expecting there to be more demand for my carpentry and joinery skills. I will of course be very happy to accept furniture commissions.
